I just finished reading your paper for advanced law class and wanted to tell you that it is just excellent– by far the best of the class and certainly also one of the best I’ve seen in many years.   You managed to make an extremely counter intuitive position sound like common sense, using what we’ve done in class in a way that’s seamless with your larger argument.  Bravo and please keep me posted on what becomes of this important and innovative work (and let me know if I can help in any way getting the work the attention it deserves)
